Finally(!)

Well family, readers, I received word from Mike's work: they want to hire me. (Yeet and Boit, "Yay! Yay! Yay! Yay!") So, I won't start for a few weeks, but that's all right. I am very happy to finally (after much searching and stressing) have a full-time, steady job.

In other news, I have a couch in my living room -- thank you David and Lindsey for helping me move that. It's a pretty sweet couch; I like it. I bought it from DI, so naturally it needed some love and care. Today I managed to clean out all the stains, and I took the cushions apart to sew up some holes in the cushion covers. It looks good as new. I should post a picture. I know at least a few of you will think it's pretty groovy.

In other, other news, I am looking for a new haircut. Any suggestions? Something short-ish. I'm considering cutting in steps. For real.
